Simione Laiafi is among a handful of players who have moved from supplementary list contracts into the club’s top 30 in 2026 after making rapid progression through Manly’s pathways teams over the past few years.
An Australian Schoolboys prop, Laiafi was knocking on the door for NRL selection at the end of 2025 after beginning the season in the SG Ball Cup (Under 19s).
He played 13 games in the Jersey Flegg Cup (Under 21s) in 2025 before stepping up to make nine appearances in the NSW Cup.
