The Sea Eagles are back at 4 Pines Park on Saturday for Round 2 in the Harold Matthews and SG Ball Cup competitions, while our women’s junior rep teams play their first game of the season.

The Sea Eagles Under 17s will play their first game of the new season against the Sharks bright and early on Saturday morning.

The Sharks suffered an opening round loss (26-10) to the Panthers last weekend while the Sea Eagles had the bye.

Both teams finished equal on points on the ladder last season with a 2-6 win-loss record.

Our Tarsha Gale (U19s) team is again aiming high in 2025 after a narrow loss in week one of the finals last season.

Although several new faces in both sides, their one and only contest last season resulted in an 18-all draw.

The Sharks opened this season with an 18-10 defeat to the Panthers, while the Sea Eagles had the bye.

Our Under 17s return to Brookvale after a 28-10 loss the Warriors at 4 Pines Park last weekend.

The home team is likely to be much better for the run after looking pretty sharp in attack against the Warriors. It will be the Roosters’ first hit-out after having the bye last weekend.

The Sea Eagles and CC Roosters played out a 16-all draw when these teams last met in the final round of the season in 2024.

Our Under 19s will be hoping to make it two from two to start the season after an impressive opening weekend victory (28-14) over the Warriors.

The Steelers are also coming off a win, defeating the Melbourne Storm 20-12 in Wollongong in Round 1.

Coach Wayne Lambkin has named the same starting side from last weekend.

All NSWRL Junior Rep fixtures are being live streamed in 2025. Fans can pay to view games with a 48-hour pass ($6.95) or monthly subscription ($19.95).
