Last weekend’s loss to the Storm in Perth certainly put a dent in Manly’s top eight aspirations, but a place in the finals is still a possibility.

The equation is simple. Win all four remaining games.

Forget about other results and all that jazz. They are things we cannot control.

The Dolphins secured their place in the finals for the first time last weekend when they came back from 24-nil down to beat the Broncos. They sit fifth on the ladder on 32 points from 13 wins and 7 losses.

The Dolphins arrive at Brookie on the back of three straight wins after being blown off the park by the Sharks (66-0) in Round 19. That loss is the second time this season they have conceded 50+ points.

Tolu Koula has scored five tries in four games against the Dolphins

While it has been a lean run in recent weeks, the Sea Eagles are still in the hunt, four points outside the eight with four rounds to play. A similar predicament to last year.

Tolu Koula will become the 75th Manly player to notch 100 games for the Club. He has scored at least one try in all four games he’s played against the Dolphins.

In team news Clayton Faulalo returns from a hamstring injury at fullback pushing Lehi Hopoate to the wing. Nathan Brown starts at prop in place of Taniela Paseka (knee) in his 50th appearance for Manly. Nic Lenaz and Jackson Shereb are elevated into the 17 after being on the extended interchange last weekend.

Clayton Faulalo will play his first match since Round 18

For the Dolphins Ray Stone returns from a neck injury suffered in Round 22 against the Dragons replacing Kurt Donoghoe (thumb injury) on the bench. Jake Averillo (rib injury) has also been added to the bench for his first NRL appearance since Round 19.
