A wonderful moment in the strong progression of women's rugby league at the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles takes place on Saturday, April 13.
For the Sea Eagles will play their inaugural Tarsha Gale Cup finals match in just their second season in the U19 women's competition.
The Sea Eagles tackle the Newcastle Knights in a sudden death finals encounter at Leichhardt Oval after finishing the regular season in fourth spot under Coach Keith Hanley.
Newcastle finished fifth with both teams winning five of their eight games.

In their only encounter this year, the Sea Eagles and Knights drew 24-all at Kurri Kurri after Newcastle got out to a 24-12 lead.
Win or lose this weekend, this Sea Eagles team can be proud of what they have achieved this season. It is one serious team who play with plenty of brilliant attacking flair complimented by some powerful defence.

Furthermore, the attacking weapons in the Sea Eagles team are evenly spread across the park, headed by strong running centre Aleksandra Tunufai with six tries ahead of half-back Danni Nicole Gray, centre Taleenza Nelson, and middle forward Indiana Russell-Lia with five.
Nicole Gray has also kicked 19 goals with the boot to be Manly’s leading points scorer with 58 points.
