Jason Saab and Tom Trbojevic have joined some elite names on Manly’s tryscoring record lists following Sunday’s 36-18 win over the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs in Redcliffe.
Saab scored a double and Trbojevic a hat-trick to take their tally to 22 tries each for 2021 to enter their names on the record list of most tries in a season for the Sea Eagles.
They now join Steve Menzies (1995), Terry Hill (1997) and Brett Stewart (2008) on 22 tries.
Their efforts against the Bulldogs saw them pass Bob Fulton, John Hopoate, Scott Donald, and Brett Stewart on the list of 21 tries in a season.
Prolific points scoring winger Reuben Garrick sits just outside the list on 20 tries.
