'Remembering Bob Fulton'

The Sea Eagles have planned a special evening to honour Manly's only Immortal in Bob Fulton. Highlights of the evening will include:

  • Bob’s wife, Ann, children Brett, Scott and Kristie, and Bob and Ann’s grandchildren in attendance as special guests of the Sea Eagles.
  • Some of the Fulton grandchildren will present the official match ball and jersey #175 prior to the NRL game.
  • Some of the grandchildren will raise the 75th year Bob Fulton tribute flag on a flag pole temporary erected at the Southern end of the field in front of the Fulton-Menzies Stand.
  • Jersey #175 will be displayed over a chair on the Sea Eagles team bench for the match.
  • The Sea Eagles Heritage logo with Fulton’s Manly player number, #175, will be displayed on field for the Round 14 game.
  • And in a touching tribute, all attendees will be asked to stand and applaud at the 175th second mark of the match in memory of our greatest ever Sea Eagle.

Heritage Jerseys

The Sea Eagles will proudly wear their Heritage jersey against the North Queensland Cowboys.

This wonderful jersey was originally planned to be worn for the Golden Eagles Round 21 match against Melbourne Storm, but the Club has now decided that it would be more fitting for it to be worn as part of the night's tribute to Fulton.

The Heritage Jersey recognises the Sea Eagles’ nine NRL Hall of Fame inductees led by Fulton, who has his name on the back of the jersey collar.

Roy Bull, Eddie Lumsden, Ken Irvine, John O’Neill, Graham Eadie, Kerry Boustead, Cliff Lyons, and Steve Menzies also have their names on the jersey sleeves.

The specially designed jersey features a large sea eagle on the front and pays homage to the 1957-64 style of jersey worn by the Sea Eagles.

Getting to 4 Pines Park

Supporters are encouraged to consider all the available public transport options ahead of time while public transport continues to operate at CovidSafe capacities to maintain physical distancing across the network.

Drive with your group and use nearby local parking. Allow extra travel time as traffic may be heavier than usual. You can find real-time updates on traffic conditions at livetraffic.com

If you have to catch public transport, please plan ahead at transportnsw.info and allow plenty of extra travel time – remember it’s mandatory to wear a face mask when travelling on services in the Greater Sydney, Blue Mountains, Central Coast and Wollongong areas. Fans are encouraged to keep their masks on until they reach their seats inside the ground.

Buses run regularly to Brookvale making stops on Pittwater Rd near the stadium.
Remember you'll need to use an Opal card or contactless payment method when travelling to and from the game on public transport. Register your details via the Opal website or app ahead of time.

Look for the ‘green dots’ on-board services to find the safest places to sit or stand and check real-time capacity indicators where available as you may need to wait for the next service with available capacity.

Additional measures and staff will be in place around transport hubs and the stadium to safely manage crowds arriving and leaving the game so please be patient, practice physical distancing while in queues and follow the directions of staff on site.
