Manly Leagues suffered a 32-4 loss to Brothers Penrith in heavy conditions at Narrabeen on Saturday in round two of the Ron Massey Cup.
The Brothers controlled the first half to lead 18-0 at the break in a five tries to one win.
The visitors scored two tries in the opening six minutes for a 12-0 lead.
The first came after five-eighth Nautu'a Masima regathered his own grubber before a short inside pass saw lock Faleata Iosefa crash over next to the posts for a 12-0 lead.
Brothers ent to an 18-0 lead after 26 minutes when centre Iverson Fuatimau backed up a break up the middle to finish off a 70 metre try.
Manly took full advantage of the Brothers losing a player to the sin bin when winger Jerome Van Der Heide pounced on a well-placed kick from half-back Nicholas Ferris to score to leave the Sea Eagles trailing 18-4 after 53 minutes.
However, Brothers crossed again a short time later through winger Malie-J Townsend for a 24-4 lead.
A penalty goal to Brothers made it 26-4 before winger Joshua Peacock dived over in the corner to finish off a fine try for a 32-4 lead with five minutes remaining.
Manly Leagues now play the Bulldogs in round three at Hammondville Oval on Saturday, April 11, at 5.45pm.
