The Rabbitohs ran in four first half tries to set up a 22-6 lead on the back of some scintillating play from their halves.
South Sydney captain and half-back PaytonTarau got his team off to a flying start, delivering two short passes to send prop Zavier Suluvale-Liumaunu and second-rower Taoko Samson over for a 10-0 lead after six minutes.
The Sea Eagles hit back quickly when fullback Carlito Vesely chimed into the backline nicely to step his way to the line for a 10-6 scoreline after 15 minutes.
Some flimsy defence from Manly on their line saw Souths five-eighth Charlie Bateup step past three defenders to cross under the posts for a 16-6 lead after 37 minutes.
From the restart, the Rabbitohs went the length of the field with Bateup beating five defenders to fall short of the line. A quick play-the-ball saw hooker Tukia Fotu-Moala score next to the posts for a 22-6 lead at half-time.
The Rabbitohs went to a 26-6 lead after a try to winger Devida Hopoate before Owen Bamford burrowed over from dummy half to leave the Sea Eagles trailing 26-10 after 41 minutes.
South Sydney went further ahead after winger Benjamin Wright crossed in the corner for a 30-10 lead.
Manly fullback Carlito Vesely continues to show plenty of promise and had a solid game in a beaten side.
The loss leaves Manly with two wins from four games. Manly now play Western Suburbs Magpies at Lidcombe Oval on Saturday, March 14, at 10.55am.

The Rabbitohs crossed for three first half tries with the Sea Eagles not helping their cause around the ruck combined with some poor handling.
A nice backline play to the right saw Souths open the scoring to winger Joshua Ballard for a 4-0 lead after five minutes.
A knock-on from Manly winger Oscar Crotty denied Ballard his second try before the Rabbitohs took advantage of a six again call to score through centre Dayne Jennings for a 10-0 lead.
A bulldozing run from dummy half saw forward Lochlin Moses stretch the lead to 14-0 at half-time.
With Manly losing five-eighth Onitoni Large to the sin-bin for 10 minutes, Souths capitalised immediately with five-eighth Taj Alvarez slicing through for a 20-0 lead after 42 minutes.
The visitors then went back-to-back through tries to centre Dayne Jennings from a grubber kick and a second try to Alvarez from a long-range break for a 32-0 lead after 52 minutes.
A sharp ball from Manly lock Lukas Butler saw the Sea Eagles cross for their lone try to prop Freddie Benson-Sparkes for a 32-6 scoreline seven minutes later.
South Sydney finished the match with a try near the posts to Bailey Grey for the 38-6 victory.
Manly now play Western Suburbs Magpies at Lidcombe Oval on Saturday, March 14, at 12.25pm.
