Pre-season resumes in Mudgee

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles have set up camp in Mudgee for the first week of pre-season training in 2026.

The team will base itself in the NSW regional town for five days combining a rigorous training schedule with opportunities to connect as a group.

The Sea Eagles will return to Mudgee in seven weeks for a Pre-season Challenge match against the Rabbitohs at Glen Willow Stadium on Sunday 22nd February.

Manly has strong ties with the Central West region after taking one of its home games to Mudgee for three consecutive years from 2021-2023.

Head coach Anthony Seibold says the camp will enable the squad to get a lot done in a short space of time.

“It’s good to get away together as a group, in a different environment, to restart the next phase of pre-season training.

“The training schedule is similar to what we have been doing over the past two months.

We’ll continue to work hard on our game model, improving our ability to work hard for each other, and we’ll use this opportunity to further connect the group.
