Sea Eagles out for a double against Raiders

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles will be out to record a successful double against the Canberra Raiders in round 14 of the Jersey Flegg Cup on Saturday, June 3.

The Sea Eagles took care of the Raiders 24-16 at Seiffert Oval in round seven and will be out to do the same on their home ground of 4 Pines Park this time around. The match kicks off at 12pm.

Manly has lost four straight games since that win over the Raiders with two byes in between.

The Raiders sit in 11th place on 10 points and head into the game on the back of an upset 32-18 win over the fifth placed South Sydney at Accor Stadium last Saturday.

Manly suffered a 26-6 loss to Newcastle last Sunday that sees the Sea Eagles sit on the bottom of the ladder, one win behind Canberra.

The Sea Eagles have blooded a number of talented young players from the SG Ball side in recent weeks.
