Sea Eagles dominate Dally M Points in win over Eels

Four Manly players picked up Dally M points following the Sea Eagles’ 34-30 win over the Parramatta Eels in round three of the Telstra Premiership.

Full-back Tom Trbojevic picked up 5 points, Josh Schuster 3 points, Haumole Olakau’atu 2 points, and Jake Trbojevic 1 point.

Tom Trbojevic recorded 204 run metres from 21 runs against the Eels. He also crossed for two tries following some great play from Schuster.

After missing the round one win over the Bulldogs due a calf injury, Schuster showed why he is set for a long career in the Manly number six jersey with a dominant display.

Schuster laid on three try assists and made 50 metres from his seven runs. He showed his individual brilliance and freakish skills when he chipped kicked over the defence metres from the Eels tryline for Tom Trbojevic to score his second try.

Olakau’atu was again at his barnstorming best, making 124  metres from 10 runs in between scoring two tries and pulling off some big shots in defence.

Jake Trbojevic turned in his usual trademark performance, making 148 metres from 14 runs and an astonishing 35 tackles.
