Sea Eagles return to Mudgee for another home game

Mudgee, the mighty Manly Warringah Sea Eagles are coming back to town for a third consecutive season in 2023!

The Sea Eagles take on the Newcastle Knights at the picturesque Glen Willow Stadium in a home game in round five on Saturday, April 1, at 3pm.

Manly has enjoyed much success at Glen Willow Stadium with a 25-6 win over the Canberra Raiders this year and a 36-0 win over the Gold Coast Titans in 2021.

“We are very excited to be returning to the great regional town of Mudgee,’’ said Manly CEO Tony Mestrov.

“The past two years in Mudgee have been very rewarding for the Sea Eagles, both on and off the field.

Sea Eagles return to Mudgee

“We are certain the Mudgee community will once again embrace the Sea Eagles as their team, just like they have done so well in the past.

“All of our players, corporate partners, and the many Manly members who travel to Mudgee for the game are just as keen to return in 2023.

“We again look forward to working closely with Mayor Des Kennedy, Mid-Western Regional Council, Mudgee Region Tourism, and the great local businesses to make 2023 an even more enjoyable and memorable experience for us all.”

Tickets for the match will go on sale in coming weeks.
