Sea Eagles suffer heavy Flegg loss to Raiders

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles suffered a 56-16 loss to the Canberra Raiders at GIO Stadium in their final match of the Jersey Flegg Cup season.

The Sea Eagles were a shadow of the great attacking side that was in finals contention a few weeks back with several key players out injured.

With both sides out of the finals, Canberra dominated the match from the outset to lead 18-0 after 20 minutes against the weakened Sea Eagles with Josh Billing scoring a double.

The Raiders ran in 11 tries to three in all with Manly's points coming through tries to Faleata Iosefa, Luke Tucker and Fletcher Myers with Tylor Bunting kicking two goals.
