The final home goodbye for Kieran Foran

Much-loved Manly Warringah Sea Eagles five-eighth Kieran Foran will run out onto the hallowed turf of Brookvale for the final time this Saturday.

Foran will pull on his cherished number six jersey against the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks at 4 Pines Park in his last home game for the Sea Eagles in a superb NRL career that began in 2009.

Signed to the Gold Coast Titans next season, Foran has enjoyed nine seasons at the Sea Eagles over two stints (2009-15 and 2021-22).

The 32-year-old has constantly put his body on the line, overcoming some crippling injuries at times as well as tough personal issues in his 259 game career.

A fierce competitor, Foran scored a try against the Canberra Raiders in his NRL debut at Brookvale in June 2009.

Foran has gone on to play 193 games for the Sea Eagles for 116 victories at a 60 per cent win rate.

He has scored 40 tries and kicked four goals for 168 points for Manly and won a premiership with the Sea Eagles in 2011.

Foran's record at his beloved home ground at Brookvale is just as impressive with Foran winning a staggering 46 of his 66 premiership matches played there.

From his 13 tries at home, 'Foz' scored doubles against Souths in 2011 and against the Wests Tigers in 2014.

His best year at Manly's home ground came in 2011 when the Sea Eagles won 10 from 10 games at the 'Fortress'.
