Proud moment for Manly players

It will be a very proud moment for four Manly players in Redcliffe this weekend.

Kyle Schaberg, Dylan Jobson, Bow Lennon, and Rylee Lowe (pictured left to right) will represent the Sea Eagles at the Commonwealth Championships Rugby League tournament.

All four play for the Manly Sea Eagles in the NSWRL Physical Disability competition.

Starting Friday and concluding Saturday, the championships consist of an Australian team, a Commonwealth All Stars side, and a team from New Zealand.

Kyle and Dylan will represent the Australian team with Rylee and Bow playing for the Commonwealth All Stars side.

Established in 2010, the NSWPDRLA runs a competition for those with physical disabilities.

Manly Sea Eagles, Newtown Jets, South Sydney Rabbitohs, Sydney Roosters, and the Wests Tigers field teams in the competition. The Sea Eagles were beaten in the grand final last year.

Kyle Schaberg is set to add to his impressive tryscoring tally at the championships.

The 27-year-old has scored 89 tries in 71 games. He was named the NSWRL Physical Disability Player of the Year in 2012 and 2016.

The Sea Eagles wish Kyle, Dylan, Bow, and Rylee all the best for the championships and know they will do Manly and their families proud.
