Latest injury update: Darcy Lussick

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles prop Darcy Lussick will be sidelined for between four to six weeks.

Lussick suffered a left ankle injury in the trial against the Cronulla Sharks on Saturday night.

Results of scans revealed Lussick has a high ankle sprain but did not suffer a fracture.

Lussick will now begin his rehabilitation program with the Manly medical staff.

“I’ll be doing everything I can to get back as quick as I can,” he said.

“I still am ready for a big 2018 and hopefully I only miss one game. I had a pretty good pre-season, I think and I’ve been injury free, obviously until this but I am looking forward to a good year this year.”
