Congratulations to Haumole Olakau’atu on being named in the 2026 Players’ Dream Team - the best 14 players in their respective positions, as voted by NRL players.
This recognition follows a standout season from Haumole who recently cleaned up at the Sea Eagles 2026 Awards Night.
The right-edge wrecking ball was awarded the Roy Bull Medal as the Sea Eagles’ Player of the Year for 2026, was named Players’ Player, collected the Gordon Willoughby Medallion as the Members’ Player of the Year, and received the prestigious Blue-Collar Award.
Olakau’atu scored nine tries in 21 games amassing 3,598 run metres across the season. That’s an incredible 171 run metres on average per game to go with a staggering 128 tackle breaks.

- Each player is able to nominate a maximum of one player per position from the list of eligible players; however, they cannot vote for players on their current team.
