Sea Eagles Sports Business Academy launches Elite Personal Trainer Program Powered by AIPT
A unique new pathway into the fitness industry will give aspiring Personal Trainers the opportunity to learn, train and gain hands-on experience inside the Manly Sea Eagles’ high-performance environment.
The Sea Eagles Sports Business Academy announces the launch of the Manly Sea Eagles Elite Personal Trainer Program, a premium new education offering designed to develop the next generation of Personal Trainers inside their world-class facilities.
Powered by the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers (AIPT), this full-time program combines the nationally recognised Certificate III in Fitness (SIS30321) and Certificate IV in Fitness (SIS40221) with an immersive, face-to-face learning experience delivered inside the Sea Eagles’ world-class facilities.
Students will learn where the players train, gain hands-on practical coaching experience every week, and attend exclusive Sea Eagles Masterclasses delivered by industry professionals. Together, the program has been designed to bridge the gap between nationally recognised fitness education and the high-performance standards expected within professional sport.

The Manly Sea Eagles Elite Personal Trainer Program places a strong emphasis on face-to-face learning, practical coaching and real-world industry experience.
Throughout the program, students will combine classroom learning with practical gym sessions, guided workshops, structured independent study and exclusive Masterclasses covering topics such as high-performance culture, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation and athlete development.
Delivered in partnership with AIPT, graduates will earn nationally recognised fitness qualifications that provide a pathway into careers across personal training, coaching and high-performance sport.
The program has been developed for school leavers, aspiring Personal Trainers, fitness enthusiasts and individuals looking to turn their passion for health and fitness into a rewarding career.
Places are strictly limited to 22 students for the inaugural September 2026 intake, ensuring a highly personalised learning experience led by a dedicated Trainer and Assessor.
