Manly co-captain Tom Trbojevic will make his return two months after suffering a hamstring injury against the Cowboys in Townsville.
Trbojevic slots straight back into the No.1 jersey replacing Clayton Faulalo who was forced from the field with a hamstring injury against South Sydney in Round 14.
Tolu Koula, who will line up for NSW in Origin II on Wednesday night, has been named in the starting side.
Brandon Wakeham will start at hooker with Jake Simpkin moving to the interchange in the only other change to the run-on side.
Ethan Bullemor (HIA protocol) makes his return on the bench after missing his team’s victory over the Rabbitohs following a head knock in training.
