There are no changes to the starting team following the loss to the Newcastle Knights while there are a couple of additions to the extended squad.
Still missing from the squad is prop Siua Taukeiaho who injured his calf in Round 1, and Nathan Brown, who is recovering from illness.
Paul Bryan and Brandon Wakeham have retained their place on the interchange after making their Sea Eagles’ debut in Round 2.
Simione Laiafi could be the next player to make his NRL debut at Manly having also been named on the interchange.
The 19-year-old prop was elevated to Manly's top 30 this season after making rapid progress through the club's pathways teams. He performed well in this year's Pre-season Challenge and made his first appearance of the season in the NSW Cup in Round 2.
Outside back Clayton Faulalo and prop D'Jazirhae Pua'avase have been included in the extended squad after playing in the NSW Cup in Round 2.
This will be the fifth time these teams have played for the Gotcha4Life Cup.
