Manly Warringah Sea Eagles are preparing to throw everything at the Roosters on Thursday night in a bid to clinch two precious premiership points and the Gotcha4Life Cup.

This year’s showdown at 4 Pines Park will be the fifth instalment of the Gotcha4Life Cup with the Roosters securing the silverware at Brookvale in Round 22 last season.
For obvious reasons there is sure to be even more hype around this year’s event. Let’s Go!
Away from the battle on the field, this is a unique opportunity for the Sea Eagles and the Roosters to make a powerful impact off the field, raising awareness about mental fitness.
Supported by Sea Eagles Premier Partner, Shaw and Partners Financial Services, the Gotcha4Life Cup raises crucial funds for preventative mental fitness programs delivered in schools and communities across Australia.
Over the past five years, the event has raised nearly $1.1 million, allowing over 23,000 participants to engage in Gotcha4Life programs.
In 2026, Shaw and Partners will again be donating $100,000 to this important cause, equipping young people and the adults around them with practical mental fitness skills, helping them navigate life’s many challenges.
Sea Eagles captain Tom Trbojevic says he and his teammates know how important it is to shine a light on mental fitness.
“I’ve seen the impact Gotcha4Life is having, helping people to speak up, look out for each other, and know they’re not alone.
“I think the work Gotcha4Life is doing in primary schools, educating young people about mental health, is vitally important.
This Cup is about us as players getting right behind this message and doing what we can to help promote mental fitness.

Sea Eagles CEO Jason King says the club will be actively involved at all levels in this year’s event.
“This is an opportunity for everyone who is involved with our Club to do their bit - players, staff, corporate partners, members and fans.
“Our players and staff were fortunate to take part in Gotchya4Life mental fitness workshops last week here at the Penn Centre of Excellence, and I know we all got a lot out of it.
We will use Thursday night to again raise awareness about mental health and hopefully the Gotchya4Life Cup will be in our hands at full time.
