Match Preview

The Sea Eagles have enjoyed some terrific results against the Knights at 4 Pines Park over the years, including when they last visited Brookvale in 2024.

That 44-6 victory in Round 19, 2024 and the 48-10 win in Round 23, 2004 rank as Manly’s biggest winning margin against the Knights (38 points) in the 61 meetings since 1988.

On 18 occasions Manly has scored 30 points or more against the Knights.  And of the 23 meetings at Brookvale, Manly has won 19! Read full preview.

Golden Eagles

Helping us celebrate the Sea Eagles 80th Anniversary season will be several greats from yesteryear.  The Club will be inviting several past players to be our special guests across the season, and these Golden Eagles will be presented to the crowd just before kick-off at each home game.

Joining us on Sunday will be former five-eighth Alan Thompson (Sea Eagle #221) and former prop Ian Thomson (Sea Eagle #254).

Alan was part of the 1973 premiership-winning team and then wore the No.6 for Manly in the 1976 and ’78 premiership deciders.  Ian played 113 games over seven seasons with Manly and toured with the Kangaroos after winning the 1978 Grand Final. Please make them feel proud and welcome.

Charity Partner – Camp Quality

The Sea Eagles Charity Partner at Sunday’s game is Camp Quality. The Club is delighted to have some families from Camp Quality joining us for a special sideline experience and we hope to be able to raise some much-needed funds through our 50-50 raffle.

Camp Quality is a national children’s charity dedicated to supporting kids living with cancer, and their families. They provide programs, camps, and experiences that help children build confidence, resilience, and a sense of normalcy, while giving families a chance to connect and find support.
