Manly Warringah Sea Eagles are pleased to officially welcome the second cohort of students into the Club's Sports Business Academy (SBA).
Following a successful orientation, students have now commenced their journey within a professional sporting environment, combining formal education with meaningful, hands-on workplace experience.
The Dual Diploma SBA program is designed to equip students with practical skills, confidence and a strong foundation for future career pathways within the sports industry and beyond.
Throughout the program, students will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of a professional sporting organisation, gaining exposure to industry standards, professional behaviours and the values that underpin the Sea Eagles.
By working alongside industry professionals, students will develop a deeper understanding of teamwork, leadership and workplace expectations, while building transferable skills that extend far beyond the classroom.
The program empowers students to take ownership of their learning and personal growth, supported throughout their journey by experienced and dedicated staff from the Sea Eagles and TAFE Queensland.
Students have already shared their enthusiasm about being part of the program.
