Moale to Manly on long-term deal

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles are delighted to announce the signing of South Sydney prop, Davvy Moale.

The 22-year-old forward has signed a three-year deal with Manly, commencing in 2027.

A Cook Islands International, Moale has played 70 first grade games for the Rabbitohs over the past five seasons, making his NRL debut at the back end of 2021.

Moale played all but one game for Souths in 2024 and made 16 appearances in 2025 before his season was cut short by a wrist injury which he suffered against Manly in Round 18.

Sea Eagles coach Anthony Seibold has been tracking Davvy since first watching him play as a 16-year-old.

“Davvy is a power forward with a high work rate,” said Seibold.

For someone so young he has gained a lot of experience in a short space of time.

“I think the next few years will see Davvy develop into one of the game’s leading middles by the time he’s in his mid-twenties.”

Sea Eagles Memberships for the 2026 Season are on sale now.
