Game Day Guide: Round 13 vs Broncos

All you need to know if you're joining us at 4 Pines Park on Saturday for our Round 13 match against the Broncos.

This match is a sellout.

Key times

5:00pm - Gates Open

5:15pm - NSW Cup

7:35pm – Telstra NRL Premiership

Long, long time ago

The last time the Broncos came to the northern beaches for an NRL game Tony Abbott was the Australian Prime Minister, Jake Trbojevic had played just one game, and Lehi Hopoate was a 9-year-old attending Dee Why Public School.

That game was on Friday 1st August 2014 when Manly, captained by Jamie Lyon and wearing a Wolverine-inspired jersey, defeated Brisbane 16-4.

Jazz It Up

Jazz Tevaga will play his 150th NRL game on Saturday so be sure to ‘Jazz it up’ when he runs out the tunnel.  Jazz made his NRL debut for the Warriors in Round 3, 2016 against the Melbourne Storm and played his first game for Manly in the 42-12 win over the Cowboys at 4 Pines Park in Round 1 this season.

Match Ball Moment

Delivering the official match ball will be a 12-year-old Manly fan from Townsville who is attending his very first game at 4 Pines Park. Stephen, or ‘SJ’ as he’s known, is a huge fan of Jake Trbojevic and together they will carry out the match ball just before kick-off.

Our sincere thanks to Manly Gold Member, Matt, who has made this trip of a lifetime possible for young Stephen and his family.

Win Beer for A Year

If you fancy your chances at winning beer for a year on Saturday, you better wear your jersey to the game and bring your boots! Two fans will be chosen from the crowd to take part in our 4 Pines Beer for a Year goal-kicking competition. Should be a bit of fun.
