Team Update: Round 1 vs Cowboys

Sea Eagles coach Anthony Seibold has trimmed his squad to 19 players ahead of Saturday’s Round 1 match against the Cowboys at 4 Pines Park.

Dropping out of the squad in the 24-hour update are Gordon Chan Kum Tong, Jake Arthur and Josh Aloiai.

The season-opener at Brookvale will see the club’s two key recruits, Jazz Tevaga and Siua Taukei'aho, make their Sea Eagles’ debut.

Taukei'aho - a two-time premiership winner - is in line to become Sea Eagles Player #661. Tevaga, who made the move to the Northern Beaches after nine seasons with New Zealand Warriors, will become Sea Eagles Player #662.
