Our SG Ball team is aiming to bounce back from a heavy loss to the Steelers when they tackle the Balmain Tigers at Leichhardt Oval.

SG Ball Cup (U19s)

Coach Wayne Lambkin has made a couple of changes to his lineup for Saturday morning’s match.

Cooper Dean-Potaka comes into the side for Reilly Caswell at fullback, and Matt Crossingham replaces Hugo Hart in the second row.

Hart has been given an opportunity with the NRL squad and will play in Saturday afternoon’s Pre-season Challenge match against the Rabbitohs in Gosford.

After failing to win a game all season in 2024, the Tigers have beaten the Magpies and Dragons in the opening two rounds of the new campaign.

Lisa Fiaola Cup (U17s)

Our Lisa Fiaola and Tarsha Gale Cup teams are both up against the Parramatta Eels after suffering heavy defeats to the Sharks last weekend.

Under 17s coach Daniel Markham has made a handful of team changes with Hiva Mahe shifting from five-eight to hooker, and Leilani Carpenter coming into the halves.

Milan Cahill gets her start for the season, replacing Kira Whitney on the wing.

The Eels are one of three unbeaten teams two rounds into the season following comfortable wins over the Raiders and Bears.

Tarsha Gale Cup (U19s)

Under 19s coach Marley Ilolahia has also made a few changes to his team to face the Eels.

Elise Parsonage gets her first game for the season, replacing Summa Bermingham on the wing.

Kassidy Kahotea shifts from second row to the centres, with Dena-Leigh Broughton coming into the pack, pushing Twila Tofa to the reserves.

Other changes in the forwards are the inclusion of Indiana Russell-Lia and Teuila Robertson as starting props.

Just like the U/17s, the Eels U19s team is also one of three unbeaten teams two rounds into the season following big victories over the Raiders and Bears.
