Sunday afternoon football returns to 4 Pines Park on May 14 when the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles tackle the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks in round 11 of the Telstra Premiership.

The Sea Eagles have a massive day of action planned both on and off the field for Mother's Day.

Gates open: 11.40am Ken Arthurson, 2.30pm: Pine Avenue and North Gates

Jersey Flegg Cup: 11.50am: Sea Eagles vs Sharks

NSW Cup: 1.35pm Blacktown Workers vs Newtown Jets

NRL: 4.05pm Sea Eagles vs Sharks

Golden Eagles Day

Some of Manly's finest players will enjoy a lap of honour at 4 Pines Park on Sunday as part of Golden Eagles Day.

More than 70 ex-players, officials and administrators from across all grades will come together for another special day to celebrate the club's rich history.

The Golden Eagles will march from Manly Leagues Club to 4 Pines Park at 2:45pm before taking part in a lap of honour at 3.15pm.

50th Anniversary of the 1973 Grand Final

Sunday's home game will celebrate the 50th anniversary of Manly's 1973 Grand Final victory over the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks.

And to help celebrate the special occasion, some of the Manly premiership winning players from the 1973 side in Max Brown, Bill Hamilton, John Bucknell and Peter Peters will lead the Golden Eagles lap of honour for fans to show their appreciation.

Getting to 4 Pines Park

Supporters are encouraged to consider all the available public transport options ahead of time.

Drive with your group and use nearby local parking. Allow extra travel time as traffic may be heavier than usual. You can find real-time updates on traffic conditions at livetraffic.com

If you have to catch public transport, please plan ahead at transportnsw.info and allow plenty of extra travel time. Buses run regularly to Brookvale making stops on Pittwater Rd near the stadium.
