Experienced NRL Football Staff for Sea Eagles

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles Head Coach Anthony Seibold has assembled a strong and experienced NRL Football Staff with some new faces for the 2023 season.

A former Dally M Coach of the Year, Seibold has formed a football staff full of knowledge and expertise in their chosen fields to support him in his first season as Sea Eagles Coach.

Former Cronulla Sharks premiership winning coach Shane Flanagan and ex-premiership winning player Jim Dymock are the new Assistant NRL Coaches, with Steven Hales filling the role of NRL Skill Development Coach.

Andrew May, one of Australia’s most respected speakers on human performance, resilience and leadership, is one of the new faces on Seibold’s staff as Mental Skills Coach.

May has worked with multiple national and Olympic athletes across a range of sports including tennis, swimming, hockey, basketball, NRL and AFL.

He also worked as the Physical Performance Manager for the NSW and Australian cricket teams. May worked for the Parramatta Eels over the past two seasons as their Mental Skills Coach.
