Turbo boost for Will Brown and Erebus

Was it coincidence, or did a visit to Manly Warringah Sea Eagles HQ with two of the fastest players in the NRL provide an extra boost for Erebus Motorsport driver Will Brown ahead of his first ever Supercars Championship race win last weekend?

Just four days after spending time with Sea Eagles speedsters Tom 'Turbo' Trbojevic and Jason Saab, along with teammates Jake Trbojevic and Lachlan Croker, Brown held off Jamie Whincup and Shane van Gisbergen to claim his maiden Supercars race victory at the Sydney SuperSprint finale.

That was unreal to meet Will and the Erebus team during the week and then to see them celebrating the big first ever race win just a few days later.

"We got to spend the whole morning together and to checkout Will's car in person was really cool.

"He's a great guy and everyone here at the Sea Eagles couldn't be happier for him."

The Sea Eagles and Erebus were brought together through Sea Eagles Premier Partner Shaw and Partners Financial Services, who are now also sponsoring Will Brown and Erebus Motorsport following an introduction from the Sea Eagles to Erebus sponsorship agency Vivid Sport

We love our Sea Eagles and we love a bit of motor racing too, so it's great to now also be supporting Will and Erebus with even more national exposure for our Shaw and Partners brand.

Earl Evans Co-CEO, Shaw and Partners Financial Services

"To bring Will and the Erebus team together with the Sea Eagles and a number of other sponsored athletes and teams we support was just a great morning.

"For Will to then go on and get his first Supercars race win just topped off what was a brilliant week."

Brown and his Shaw and Partners branded car will be back in action at Sydney Motorsport Park again this weekend for the Sydney SuperNight before heading to Bathurst for the final event of the 2021 Supercars Championship calendar, the Bathurst 1000 at Mount Panorama (30-Nov - 5-Dec).

The Sea Eagles will be cheering Will Brown and Erebus back onto the podium!
