Blacktown Workers Sea Eagles Coach Matt Ballin has finalised his team to play the Penrith Panthers at Lottoland today in round four of the NSW Cup.

Kick-off is 2pm. The undefeated Panthers sit on top of the ladder on six points with Blacktown Workers in eighth position on two points.

Entry is free.
