Member of the Month - July

Sea Eagles long standing Member Antonio 'Tony' Chiarelli has been named as the Sea Eagles 'Member of the Month' for July.

Being a Manly fan for over 48 years, one of Antonio's first Manly memories came back in 1972 when we won our first Premiership.

I remember going to the game with my Brother and watching Bob Fulton score two tries! One of the greatest days of my life!

Since then Antonio has enjoyed many Manly Grand Finals since.

I've been to all of Manly's Grand Finals. I can remember when Manly won against Melbourne 40-0 and watching Steve 'Beaver' Menzies putting his headgear back on for the last bit of the game. When he scored that try all I can remember is the crowd celebrating!

Antonio's favourite part about being a Manly member is the atmosphere and sharing the experience with close family.

"I started going to the games with my brother. Once my Daughters and Nephews were born we had to purchase more seats! Now I go to games with my wife, Brother in law and one of my Daughters. My Granddaughters have also begun to show an interest in NRL (Manly of course!) and love watching live games with me."

For Antonio's long standing commitment and passion, he receives a $100 bank account from Freshwater Community Bank® Branch of Bendigo Bank. He also goes into the draw to be the 2018 Sea Eagles Member of the Year.

Antonio will also be participating in our Member Experiences in Round 20 (Member Appreciation Round).
