Cherry-Evans escapes suspension

Captain Daly Cherry-Evans is free to play in Saturday night's clash against the South Sydney Rabbitohs.

The early guilty plea attracts just 75 points allowing the Sea Eagles Captain to play in this weekends Double Header at ANZ Stadium.

Cherry-Evans was initially charged with a grade one dangerous throw on winger Kirisome Auva'a in the 46th minute of Sunday's 54-0 victory over the Parramatta Eels.
