Sea Eagles covered with Westfund

The Manly Warringah Sea Eagles are pleased to announce Westfund as the club’s Official Health Insurance Partner and Official Coach Partner for season 2018.

Westfund branding will appear on the apparel of Sea Eagles NRL Head Coach Trent Barrett and NRL Assistant Coaches John Cartwright and Chad Randall.

The Official Health Insurance Partner will also have branding across the front of the Sea Eagles coaches box and on the front panel of playing shorts for the Sea Eagles Jersey Flegg (under-20s), SG Ball (under-18s) and Harold Matthews (under-16s) teams.

Westfund is a regionally-based, not-for-profit health fund with a presence in a number of locations across NSW and Queensland. Wholly Australian owned and operated, Westfund has been providing its members with timely access to quality health services since 1953.

In addition to the support of the NRL and junior programs, Westfund benefits will also extend through to the Blacktown Workers Sea Eagles as the official feeder club of the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles.

“We are pleased to be partnering with the Sea Eagles to provide quality health insurance solutions from juniors through to the NRL squad,” said Westfund CEO Mr Matt Banning.

“In addition to our support as Official Health Insurance Partner, we are also proudly aligning the Westfund brand with the Sea Eagles coaching staff including Rugby League legends Trent Barrett and John Cartwright.

“We look forward to working in partnership with Trent, John and the entire Sea Eagles organisation.” added Mr Banning.

Head Coach Trent Barrett couldn’t be happier with the new partnership announcement, saying “it’s great to have Westfund on board and we will be proudly representing the brand on our gear.”

“Ensuring our players of all ages across all grades are covered by suitable health insurance is vital and we’re looking forward to working with Westfund to make sure all players are adequately covered by a suitable policy,” added Barrett.
