Six very talented Manly Warringah Sea Eagles players have been chosen in the initial NSW Under-16s and Under-18s Pathways Program for 2018.

The squads will train at the Sydney Academy of Sport in Narrabeen from January 15-17.

Tyreece Matangi, Kaeo Weekes, and Unitoni Mataele have been named in the NSW under-16s squad.

Josh Schuster, Max Lehmann, and Albert Hopoate (pictured) have been chosen in the NSW Under-18s Pathways squad.

The next generation of Blues players will be put through a number of educational workshops on nutrition, lifestyle and wellbeing and on-field training sessions in a bid to claim another junior Origin trifecta, after all three junior representative sides - Under-16,18 and 20 - celebrated victory in the previous two years.

The NSW Pathways Program is designed to help the next wave of Blues players to develop the attributes needed on and off the field to become a future NSW Blues Origin player.
