On the eve of tomorrow’s crucial clash against the Sydney Roosters, Manly Coach Trent Barrett says the ‘attitude’ from the last two weeks is a thing of the past.

“We need to get back to what we were doing a month ago and just have a real crack attitude wise as we’ve been found over the last couple of weeks,” Barrett said today.

The Head Coach has declared tomorrow is the perfect opportunity to reboot his team’s season leading into the finals.

“It’s going to be a good day, and hopefully we can give ourselves a chance to set up for a big finish coming into the last five rounds,” he said.

“There’s still ten points left to get and we’re going to try and grab all of them, but it all starts tomorrow and we can’t look any further than that."

Barrett said the side must play the full 80 minutes in order to topple the second-placed Roosters.

“As we found out against the Storm, if you’re not on against these top sides, you’re going to get beaten,” he said.

“The Roosters are no exception, they’re a particularly good side and sitting up near the top of the ladder for a reason”
