Manly Warringah Sea Eagles have today launched an aggressive membership campaign focusing on the club securing 20,000 Members over the next two years.

The Sea Eagles – one of the most successful and powerful clubs in the NRL – are targeting supporters who are not members to make a financial and emotional commitment.

With a new major co-sponsor in URM fronting the 2017 Home jersey which features a return to the traditional hoops design, the Club is calling on supporters to unite under their ‘Stronger Together’ membership banner.

In 2016, the Sea Eagles broke their Membership record with 13,351 supporters making the commitment. The membership funds directly benefited the team with the Club investing in new training facilities and equipment.

The Sea Eagles have set a target of 15,000 in 2017.

Proud Manly junior Jake Trbojevic said the Club is determined to increase the membership figure to 20,000 by the end of 2018.

“In order to compete with the best teams on the field, we need to match them off it. We need to be ambitious, aggressive, and strive for excellence,’’ Trbojevic said.

“Next year, we want to be a major player on the field again and also to be one of the best clubs in membership numbers off it.

“I was shocked to hear that a great club like Manly had the lowest membership numbers out of all of the Sydney clubs this year. The Rabbitohs have over 32,000 members, Parramatta have 23,000, and the  Bulldogs and Panthers both reached 20,000 members. We need to get to that level.

“Now is not the time for complacency. On behalf of my team-mates, I encourage Manly supporters to not only join or renew for 2017, but to actively recruit other Sea Eagles fans as Members so that we reach 20,000 Members within two years. That’s the off-field goal and we can’t do this without you.”

Manly Warringah supporters will be able to choose from several affordable packages starting from as low as $55 for juniors and $82 adults. Members can take advantage of the ‘Easy Eagle’ payment plan with monthly instalments available.

The ultimate package - the Gold Premium Membership - offers Members reserved seating to 12 Sea Eagles home games, a Cooler Bag, and Sports Bottle with their Member Pack, as well as a special invitation to an exclusive cocktail party with the NRL squad.

Hoops Jersey Returns

In 2017, the Sea Eagles will run out in a new jersey featuring our traditional hoops. The maroon and white design was first used by the club in the early 1950's but is synonymous with the successes of the 1970's, 1980's and 2000's.
