Here is some important public transport information for the Brisbane Double Header at Suncorp Stadium this Saturday night.
TRAVEL FREE TO THE MATCH
Present your game day ticket to receive free travel to and from the Stadium on Brisbane Transport bus and Queensland Rail services. This free travel offer applies from 1.30pm (four hours before the first game kicks-off) until four hours after fulltime of the second game.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICES FOR THIS EVENT
As the first game (Storm v Cowboys) kicks off at 5.30pm, special bus and rail services will commence at the earlier time of 3.30pm and conclude at 5.30pm. After that time, there won’t be any special services, but fans will still be able to utilise all regular Brisbane Transport Bus and Queensland Rail City Network services free with their event tickets.
These services are being spread across a two hour window. We urge fans to take advantage of this window and not leave your arrival until later. If for example, everyone decides to leave at 5pm, there is a very real chance you will arrive late at the Stadium.
At the conclusion of the first game, shuttle services will operate from the Stadium Bus Station back to the City where fans can link in with regular QR City Network rail and Brisbane Transport bus services. The full bus and train post-event services will commence at the end of the second game.
