Jamie Lyon spoke to the media in the sheds following Saturday night's victory over the Ipswich Jets at Pittwater Park.
The Sea Eagles captain was pleased with Manly's final hit out for pre-season before the round 1 NRL match against the Bulldogs at Brookvale Oval. "It was a good solid performance, we ticked a lot of boxes, overall it was a good night for us and a solid platform for us to build on," Lyon said.
