Manly Warringah Sea Eagles have received a massive boost for tonight’s important clash against the North Queensland Cowboys in Townsville.

Kieran Foran is set to wear the number seven jersey after overcoming a hamstring injury. The Kiwi international trained strongly in the team’s Captain’s Run at the picturesque Townsville Sports Reserve.

The return of Foran will see him partner Tom Symonds in the halves as Manly Warringah look to return to the winners’ circle following the bye last weekend and the heart-breaking one point loss to Penrith at Brookvale the week before.

Tonight’s match marks the 1500th first grade premiership game for Manly Warringah since their inception into the then NSWRL competition in 1947.

Seaeagles.com.au will provide match reports on the NYC game, starting at 5.15pm, and the NRL match at 7.30pm.
