Dear Members, supporters, family and friends of the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles,
On behalf of the entire Club, I would like to thank everyone who attended and made last Saturday’s trial against the Cronulla Sharks at Pittwater Park such an outstanding success.
Not only was Saturday a reminder of just how lucky we are as a Club to call the Northern Beaches home, but the community spirit and passion shown by each and every one of you was simply sensational. It was truly wonderful to see so many families in attendance and the kids having such a great time.
We will always strive to be the best we can for our Members and supporters and as such, we acknowledge that there were a few things that could be improved when hosting a match at this previously untested venue.
However, the day remains a vital part of the season for both the football department and the Club and the success wouldn’t have been possible without the assistance from both Pittwater Council and Warringah Rugby Club.
We anticipate Saturday’s event will be the start of a positive and fruitful relationship at the venue for all organisations over the years to come.
Finally, we hope to see you all again on February 21 when we take on the Sydney Roosters at Central Coast Stadium in the final hit-out before the start of the 2015 NRL season. It will be a great chance to see all three grades in action, so feel free to come and make a day of it!
