Royal Far West, in collaboration with the Sea Eagle Foundation, are holding a camp for country kids aged 12 – 16 years who live with Type 1 Diabetes.

The five-day camp will be held from Monday 24 November to Friday 28 November at RFW at Manly.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for country children to meet some of their Sea Eagles heroes.

A number of members from the Sea Eagles NRL team will make special appearances throughout the week to share their stories with the children.

The kids will also get the chance to sit on the sidelines and watch the players sweat it out at training.

Each child will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian and the camp will include information and education sessions for children and parents as well as a recreation program.

Accommodation, meals, information sessions and activities will be provided free but transport to and from Manly will be at the family’s own expense.  Priority will be given to children living in rural and remote areas of NSW.

Please complete an Expression of Interest form to be considered for the camp, or contact Jane Westley at RFW on 8966 8530 or janew@royalfarwest.org.au
