Sea Eagles powerhouse frontman, Jason King, will miss the Grand Final rematch after accepting the early guilty plea for a Grade One Shoulder Charge on Parramatta's Peni Terepo.

The incident was missed by the on-field officials but was picked up by the Match Review Comittee on Monday afternoon.

The fear of losing King for two weeks, if he fought the charge and lost, was too much of a risk for coach Geoof Toovey to take.

The local junior has been in superb form since returning from nearly two seasons on the sidleines, with his aggression and leadeshiup from the bench an undoubted loss ahead of facing the Premiers this Friday at Allianz Stadium.
