Jorge Taufua will miss at least the opening two rounds of the NRL season with a shoulder injury suffered in Saturday’s trial against Parramatta.
The winger was taken from the field clutching his left shoulder after attempting to score his third try of the night.
Scans this morning revealed the extent of the damage, with the winger expected to return for the Sea Eagles in their round three clash against the Eels.
