2024 Memberships

How do I become a 2024 Member?

2024 Memberships are now on sale! 2023 Members can pay their 2024 invoice by clicking here.

I was a Member in 2023, what will my Membership roll into for the 2024 season?

All 2023 Members will have a 2024 membership reserved in their account, which is similar to the one they had in 2023. If you are happy to stay on this package, you can just renew this any time via your online account here.

All Members who are on the Easy Eagle Rollover (either annual or monthly) will rollover into the same package they had in the 2023 season. 

My details have changed, how do I update them?

If you need to update your address, contact information or payment details, you can do so by logging into your online Sea Eagles Account Manager and following the steps below. Otherwise please contact the Membership Team for assistance.

  1. Click here to sign in to your online Sea Eagles account.
  2. Click your name in the top right corner of the page, then click My Profile (this will direct you to your Account Settings page).
  3. Under Personal Settings, click Manage My Personal Profile.
  4. Review your full name, address, email, phone number and DOB and update if required. If all details are correct, re-enter your password and click save.
  5. You can also click Credit Cards to check that your payment details on your Easy Eagle payment plan are correct.

I have purchased a Reserved Seat membership, when will this be allocated?

If you have purchased a Reserved Seating Membership (Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze) our Membership Team will be in contact with you to take your seating preference. 2023 Reserved Seating members will have until the end of November to renew and maintain their same seats. Seating will then be allocated at the beginning of December and our team will do their best to accommodate your preferences. Seating allocations are based on availability and we are not able to guarantee specific seating.

Email communication is an important tool for the Sea Eagles to keep Members informed. Having your most up to date details ensures you will not miss out on important information - including tickets and game day information, special events and Member exclusives.

Membership Packs

What is included in the 2024 Membership Packs?

Full Season Members (over 16) will receive the following:

- Member Card, Cap, Sticker, Keyring, Coasters, Lanyard, Box

Full Season Junior Members will receive the following:

- Member Card, Cap, Sticker, Lanyard, Duffle Bag

Members who purchase their 2024 Membership before November 30th 2023, will receive two exclusive Sea Eagles trading cards in their member pack.

How long does it take to receive my Membership pack?

2024 Membership packs are due to start dispatching early December

After this, Membership packs will take approximately 2 weeks to arrive from the date of purchase.

Members will receive an email when the pack has been dispatched from our warehouse, then a second email with an Australia Post tracking number so you can track your packs arrival. 

Can I buy a Membership as a gift?

You can purchase a Membership as a gift or on behalf of someone else. On the confirmation page during your online purchase you will find a series of responses where you can include the recipients personal and contact details.

If you prefer to leave the Membership as a surprise, ensure you provide your own postal and contact details.

If you are purchasing a Sea Eagles Membership as a gift, please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you would like a gift certificate to provide before the package arrives please make mention of this in your purchase or contact our Membership team.

Ticketing

I am a 2024 Member, how do I attend games?

If you have a full-season ticketed Membership, you will receive a member card within your pack, which has a barcode on it. All you need to do is scan this barcode at one of the 3 ticket gates upon entry to enter 4 Pines Park at your chosen game. All 2024 full-season ticketed members are guaranteed access into the venue, even if the game is a sell out. 

Full-Season Members have access to all 10 games at 4 Pines Park, and just have to scan their card at every game to gain entry.

3 & 5 Game Members: You will need to redeem your tickets via your Sea Eagles Account Manager to gain entry. Online Ticket Redemption Instructions are available here

Non-Ticketed Members: If you would like to attend a Sea Eagles home game at 4 Pines Park, you can purchase your tickets through Ticketmaster. Don't forget to enter your member number in the 'offer code' section to receive a 10% discount!

Membership Cancellation and Refunds

Membership applications will be processed as received and cannot be withdrawn once processed. Once a Membership is processed, the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles are under no obligation to provide a cancellation or refund.

In the event of an exceptional circumstance: requests for special consideration for a cancellation or refund must be made via email or letter in the form of a statutory declaration to the Sea Eagles Membership Team and will be assessed by Manly Warringah Sea Eagles Management. Granting of refunds, either in full or partially, is wholly at the discretion of the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles, and cancellation fees may apply. 

It is recommended that all supporters read through the Terms and Conditions before they purchase a Membership.

Replacement Fees/Change of Address

Members requiring a replacement resulting from a lost membership card will be charged an additional $10 if a replacement card is required. Members who fail to advise the Sea Eagles of a change of address and as a result their pack is returned to sender, will be charged an additional $20 fee to resend, or if a replacement card and Member pack is required.

Membership Classifications

Junior Definition

Junior Members must be aged under 16 at 1 January 2024 (born after 1 January 2008). Proof of age must be produced upon request.

Concession Definition

Concession Members must hold a valid concession card; student (full-time), senior, pension (aged, single parent, disability) or veterans’ affairs. ID must be produced upon request and carried at all games.

Do you accept Companion Cards?

Yes. You must notify the Membership team if you require a companion and we will assist in providing a companion ticket for the games you wish to attend.

Payment

What is the Easy Eagle Rollover?

The Easy Eagle Rollover is designed to remove the stress of renewing your Membership manually. Members who sign up online, or who opt in to the rollover when signing up for Membership elsewhere, will automatically have their Membership renewed each year. All Members on the monthly payment plan will also have their Membership automatically renewed onto the monthly plan each year.

Members will be notified leading in to a new season and have the right to opt out at any time by contacting the Membership team.

Can I pay my Membership on a payment plan?

By opting into the Easy Eagle Monthly Plan, Membership payments can be spread over a 8-month period from 18 October 2023 to 15 May 2024. Payment dates cannot be changed from the nominated schedule.

Can I pay for my Membership in advance if I am on a monthly payment plan?

You can pay your Membership in advance by contacting the Membership team and letting them know how far in advance you would like to pay.

How do I know if I have successfully renewed/purchased a Membership?

You will receive a confirmation email within 72 hours to confirm the renewal or purchase of a Membership. You will also receive a tax invoice immediately after if you purchase online.

General

Leagues Club, Football Club & Sea Eagles Membership. What's the difference?

The Manly Leagues Club and District Football Clubs are separate entities to the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles and as such their memberships are separate to your Sea Eagles Membership. 

Sea Eagles Membership directly supports the NRL Club and team on the field and includes ticket access to games, priority purchasing for major RL fixtures (Finals and State of Origin) and exclusive Sea Eagles content and discounts.
