As a Sea Eagles 75 Member you will receive the following benefits:

The most important benefit to this Membership is that only Sea Eagles 75 Members will be guaranteed access to tickets.
All Sea Eagles 75 Members will be guaranteed exclusive access to ticket purchase windows of which will be communicated over the coming weeks. As a guide, the first release of tickets will be following the announcement of the 2021 NRL draw at the end of November 2020. The 2nd window to purchase tickets will be in mid-February 2021.
How do I become a 2021 Sea Eagles 75 Member?

What will happen to my reserved seat in 2021?
Under the current NSW Health & COVID-safe guidelines, we will need to operate in a similar way to the 2020 season which will mean that there will be no reserved seats allocated to Members in 2021.
All 2020 Reserved Seat Members will retain the right to their previously allocated reserved seat until the end of the 2022 renewal period and will be able to renew their Membership and return to their previously allocated seat in 2022.
Game Day Ticketing
How do I attend games at Lottoland in 2021?
To attend a Sea Eagles home game in 2021 you must purchase tickets through the Ticketmaster platform. All Sea Eagles 75 Members will be provided prior notice of the ticket on-sale dates for each match and will be emailed a link and password which will allow them access to purchase tickets.
There will be a (2) ticket limit per Member.
Note: Dates of the ticket windows will be communicated over the coming weeks, however it is likely to be following the release of the 2021 NRL draw at the end of November and a 2nd window in mid-February 2021.
You must be a fully financial 2021 Sea Eagles 75 Member to purchase tickets to a Sea Eagles home game. Additionally you will need to have a Ticketmaster account to purchase tickets, if you don’t have an account please go onto the Ticketmaster website (www.ticketmaster.com.au) and follow the prompts when directed to create your free account.
We expect that all home games at Lottoland in the 2021 season will be ‘Sea Eagles 75 Member only’ events. However if there are any tickets available in the days leading up to a game, the Club may choose to put tickets on sale to the general public, but this is only after all our Members have had the opportunity to purchase tickets.
How long does it take to receive my Membership pack?
Membership packs WILL NOT be delivered prior to Christmas. Arrival of Membership packs will commence from late January 2021. Delivery time is approximately three (3) weeks for Australian residential addresses and four (4) weeks for PO Boxes. You will receive an email notification once our fulfillment provider has dispatched your package. Membership packs arrive through Australia Post.
My details have changed, how do I update them?
If you need to update your address, contact information or payment details, you can do so by logging into your online Sea Eagles Account Manager and following the steps below. Otherwise please contact the Membership Team for assistance.
- Click here to sign in to your online Sea Eagles account.
- Click your name in the top right corner of the page, then click My Profile.
- Review your full name, address, email, phone number and DOB and update if required. If all details are correct, re-enter your password and click save.
Email communication is an important tool for the Sea Eagles to keep Members informed. Having your most up to date details ensures you will not miss out on important information - including tickets and game day information, special events and Member exclusives. If you haven't registered your email address with the Sea Eagles update your Member Profile by logging on to your online account.
Membership Loyalty Program
Membership tenure is measured from 2002 when the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles were reintroduced into the NRL. If you do not renew your Sea Eagles Membership in any one season, your Member Since date and tenure will be reset to your first year of Membership. Only financial Members are eligible for the Sea Eagles Member Loyalty program.
Leagues Club and District Football Club Memberships do not qualify.
Can I buy a Membership as a gift?
You can purchase a Membership as a gift or on behalf of someone else. On the confirmation page during your online purchase you will find a series of responses where you can include the recipients personal and contact details.
If you prefer to leave the Membership as a surprise, ensure you provide your own postal and contact details.
If you are purchasing a Sea Eagles Membership as a gift, please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you would like a gift certificate to provide before the package arrives please make mention of this in your purchase or contact our Membership team.
How do I know if I have successfully renewed/purchased a Membership?
You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours to confirm the renewal or purchase of a Membership. You will also receive a tax invoice immediately after purchase.
Membership Cancellation and Refunds
Membership applications will be processed as received and cannot be withdrawn once processed. Once a Membership is processed, the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles are under no obligation to provide a cancellation or refund.
In the event of an exceptional circumstance: requests for special consideration for a cancellation or refund must be made via email or letter in the form of a statutory declaration to the Sea Eagles Membership Team and will be assessed by Manly Warringah Sea Eagles Management. Granting of refunds, either in full or partially, is wholly at the discretion of the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles, and cancellation fees may apply.
It is recommended that all supporters read through the Terms and Conditions before they purchase a Membership.
Replacement Fees/Change of Address
Members requiring a replacement resulting from a lost membership card will be charged an additional $10 if a replacement card is required. Members who fail to advise the Sea Eagles of a change of address and as a result their pack is returned to sender, will be charged an additional $20 fee if a replacement card and Member pack is required.
Junior Members must be aged under 16 at 1 January 2021 (born after 1 January 2005). Proof of age must be produced upon request.
Concession Members must hold a valid concession card; student (full-time), senior, pension (aged, single parent, disability) or veterans’ affairs. ID must be produced upon request and carried at all games.
Do you accept Companion Cards?
Yes. You must notify the Membership team if you require a companion and we will assist in providing a companion ticket for the games you wish to attend.
Can I pay my Membership on a payment plan?
Membership payments can be spread over a 3-month period from 16 November 2020 to 15 January 2021. Purchase of a Membership after November 2020 requires an upfront payment, equal to the instalments that have passed as part of the monthly payment schedule. Subsequent payments are deducted on the 15th of each month. Payment dates cannot be changed from the nominated schedule.
Can I pay for my Membership in advance if I am on a monthly payment plan?
You can pay your Membership in advance by contacting the Membership team and letting them know how far in advance you would like to pay.
What is the Easy Eagle Rollover?
The Easy Eagle Rollover is designed to remove the stress of renewing your Membership manually. Members who sign up online, or who opt in to the rollover when signing up for Membership elsewhere, will automatically have their Membership renewed each year. All Members on the monthly payment plan will also have their Membership automatically renewed onto the monthly plan each year.
Members will be notified leading in to a new season and have the right to opt out at any time by contacting the Membership team.
If I am on the Easy Eagle payment plan or annual roll-over, what will my Membership roll into for the 2022 season?
All Members who are on the Easy Eagle Rollover (either annual or monthly) will rollover into the same package (or one that is similar in price point and benefits) they had in 2020 for the 2022 season. Members can opt out of the rollover at any time by emailing the Membership team at email@example.com.
Can I use my Member Card to enter the game?
No, unlike previous years your 2021 Member card will not allow you access in to the venue on game day, and you must pre-purchase a ticket through Ticketmaster to gain entry. If you attempt to enter the venue with your Member card you will be turned away.
Leagues Club, Football Club & Sea Eagles Membership. What's the difference?
The Manly Leagues Club and District Football Clubs are separate entities to the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles and as such their Memberships are separate to your Sea Eagles Membership.
Sea Eagles Membership directly supports the NRL Club and team on the field and includes ticket access to games, priority purchasing for major NRL fixtures (Finals and State of Origin) and exclusive Sea Eagles content and discounts.
