Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles have cleaned up tonight at the NSWRL awards.

Lock Jake Trbojevic claimed both The Daily Telegraph People’s Choice Award and the True Blue Award tonight in his first Origin series for the Blues.

The Daily Telegraph People’s Choice Award is chosen by Blues supporters, while the True Blue Award is picked for the player who displays qualities upon which the team culture is built.

Trbojevic said he was very honoured to receive the awards.

“It was a really nice surprise. I didn’t expect to get any awards. It was really humbling'' he said.

"To play State of Origin was a dream come true. It was really special to me. Obviously it was disappointing to not win the series but that’s the way it goes.

“It just makes me more hungrier for next year."

Manly’s Harold Matthews Captain and back-rower Joshua Schuster took out the Under-16 NSW State Player of the Year award.

Blacktown Workers Sea Eagles playmaker Cameron Cullen was crowned Intrust Super Premiership NSW Player of the Year after playing just 16 games in the competition this year in between five NRL appearances for Manly.
