The Sea Eagles will be looking for their third consecutive victory over the Warriors in Perth next week at nib Stadium. - Tickets on sale now!

Manly beat the New Zealand Warriors 24-22 at Patersons Stadium in July 2012 when the Sea Eagles came from behind to secure a late victory in the first meeting of the two clubs in Perth.

Last year, the Sea Eagles won an enthralling golden point match when half-back Daly Cherry-Evans kicked a left footed field goal in torrential rain to record a 15-14 victory at nib Stadium - the venue for the upcoming clash on Saturday, July 1.

This year’s match – the first of two between the club’s in 2017 – will again feature a wealth of state and international representatives with the game set to attract a large crowd.

New Zealand representatives Martin Taupau (Manly), Shaun Johnson, Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, Issac Luke and Simon Mannering (Warriors) will be well received by the large contingent of Kiwi expatriates living in Western Australia.

Apart from winning the past two matches against the Warriors in Western Australia, the Sea Eagles have won three of their five matches played in Perth.

The other win came against Cronulla when the Sea Eagles beat the Sharks 26-6 at the WACA Ground in 1993.

The Sea Eagles and the Warriors will again be involved in promotional activities in the lead up to the game at nib Stadium on Saturday, July 1.
