Max Krilich reached plenty of milestones in his illustrious career for Manly, but enjoyed another one of a special kind today.

The legendary Sea Eagles  hooker met another true Manly legend in Joe Cook, who celebrated his 100th birthday today with Krilich and friends from the Alexander Aged Care in Brookvale.

"It was great to be able to get down there and share the special day with Joe,'' Krilich said.

"He even mentioned to me that he remembers me playing when I was in reserve grade for Manly."

The Sea Eagles congratulate Joe on his magnificent milestone.

Krilich played 13 Tests for Australia from 1978-83, captained his country on 10 occasions, and led the ‘Invincibles’ team that toured England in 1982.
