The Manly Warringah Sea Eagles have today released prop Luke Burgess and utility Feleti Mateo from the final three months of their contracts with the Club.

Both players will join the Salford Red Devils in the English Super League, effective immediately.

Luke Burgess played 20 matches for Manly and Feleti Mateo played in 22 after joining the Club from South Sydney and the Warriors respectively for the 2015 season.

Manly Head Coach Trent Barrett wished both players well.

“Luke and Feleti have contributed to the Club both on and off the field in a variety of ways for the past two seasons. They always did their best for the Club and we wish them well at Salford,’’ Barrett said.
